Directions: Add warm water to a bowl or foot spa, then add 1-2 teaspoons as desired. Submerse feet in the bath and enjoy. Note it is after this soaking that you exfoliate the heels and callouses from the feet using soap to help the pumice to glide nicely. Extra Tips: To make the cream penetrate better one can put the feet in plastic bags and submerse them in warm water (this is kind of like using a parrafin wax treatment but not as expensive). Also the best time to trim the nails is just after soaking the feet in a foot bath, this softens the nails (especially on older feet) and helps to stop chipping and makes it easier to cut them.
